Graeme Brook
Graeme has spent the last 40 years working in education. He has been a teacher, deputy headteacher, headteacher, school improvement advisor for the local authority and education consultant. Graeme has an excellent understanding of challenge and accountability within the education sector and is particularly skilled at analysing performance data and implementing national assessment frameworks and accountability measures. He has been a chair of governors at several primary and secondary schools.
Sarah Des Forges
Sarah has worked in the education sector in Hull for the past 18 years, initially as an attendance officer in primary and secondary schools before joining the Education Welfare and Admissions Team at the local authority. For the past 9 years she has been a Data and Analysis Officer and has considerable experience in analysing and presenting school data, specifically attainment across all Key Stages. She works with Headteachers and Principals to maintain an up to date understanding of ever changing frameworks and supports schools during OfSTED Inspections.
Gerard Gibbons
Gerard is the sales manager of a leading UK Health & Safety product and training provider. He has experience of managing large teams of people and is responsible for financial and operational oversight of the commercial business. Gerard also has an excellent understand of risk management and health and safety legislation. He has been a long standing trustee of a local special school.
