The report highlights the school's “positive, inclusive culture with high behaviour expectations”, which is a testament to the hard work and dedication of staff, pupils and the wider school community.

The Ofsted Inspector commented positively that “leaders at all levels share a clear and ambitious vision for the school”. Those responsible for governance were praised for having an accurate understanding of the school and using this information “to support continued improvement”.

The Inspector observed that “pupils are safe and enjoy coming to school” and are “extremely polite and kind to each other and adults”. The curriculum was highlighted for being “ambitious and well-considered”, including for those children with special education needs and/or disabilities (SEND), noting that “staff use their strong subject knowledge to implement the curriculum well”.

Headteacher Katy Drinkall spoke of her delight with the outcome: “Neasden Primary School’s values are Resilience, Respect, Ambition and Creativity and our vision is to provide an environment in which every child can achieve the highest standards across all areas of school life regardless of their starting points. I was delighted to hear that the Inspector agreed that adults at the school want the best for all pupils and that strong partnerships with parents/carers were evident.”
