Broadacre Primary School became an academy and joined Humber Education Trust in April 2018. The school has expanded rapidly in recent years and in February 2022 moved into a brand-new building. The school now has capacity for 630 pupils aged 5 – 11 and has a 52 place nursery. The school also has Hull’s first ever purpose built unit for children with ASC and has provision for 10 pupils. It is Ofsted rated ‘Good’ and prides itself on implementing a broad, balanced and exciting curriculum, providing high quality care, guidance and support for all pupils.

Bude Park Primary School is a small school in the north of Hull with places for 240 pupils ages 3-11. Cambridge Park Academy is a 3-19 special school in Grimsby for pupils with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) and complex learning needs. The school has places for 220 students from the North East Lincolnshire and North Lincolnshire area and is Ofsted rated as ‘Good’. The school places importance on preparing its students both academically and socially for life after school and provides a wide range of opportunities for young people to take part in sporting and cultural activities alongside their academic learning. Christopher Pickering Primary School is a large school to the west of Hull. It has places for 420 pupils aged 5-11 years and has a 40 place nursery. It is based in The Compass building, a purpose built centre, which it shares with a range of other agencies including a private nursery, the city’s hearing impaired resource base, a children’s centre and the primary section of Ganton Special School. Christopher Pickering Primary is Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’.  They offer a truly inclusive approach to education and strive for all children to be the ‘best they can be’. Clifton Primary School is a larger than average school based in the centre of Hull. It has places for 315 pupils aged 5-11 years, has a 26 place nursery and is a National Support School. Clifton Primary is Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ and serves a culturally diverse community where over 50% of children do not speak English as their first language.  The ethos at Clifton is one of excellence where every child is supported to achieve their individual best within an atmosphere of inclusion and challenge. Frederick Holmes School is a community special school catering for pupils with severe physical/ learning disabilities and those with profound and multiple needs aged 2-19.

It is a school where all children are valued and all staff strive to deliver an inspirational curriculum in a supportive and caring environment. We welcome children and their parents and carers into a friendly, hardworking school where respect for others, positive attitudes and independence are nurtured and each child is given the opportunity to flourish and reach their potential.

We are based in a fantastic purpose built building with up to 110 places. We have excellent facilities to support the needs of all our pupils including a hydrotherapy pool, rebound room, soft play and sensory rooms.

Highlands Primary School is situated on North Bransholme in Hull. It has 420 places for children in Reception – Year 6 as well as a 39FTE place nursery; it also provides funded places for 2-year-olds. Highlands Primary School is an Outstanding school (Ofsted February 2024). Tweendykes School is Ofsted rated ‘Outstanding’ and is National Autistic Society accredited. It runs outreach services and training for a wide range of schools and partners. At the heart of its ethos is the belief that every child can reach their potential with the right support. We joined Humber Education Trust and became an academy in January 2018 and are rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. We are situated in a beautiful, new building that provides a rich, inspiring learning environment that motivates pupils to learn.
